Consent for the Treatment of Personal Information
Hokkaido Arbeit Johosya shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and is committed to protect your personal information with the following policies.
Personal information means any individually identifiable information such as your name, nationality, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, résumé, job history, images, and various types of data.
The Company shall use your personal information to provide our recruiting and employment information services (hereinafter collectively referred to as “our services”).
In providing our services, we may contact you by e-mail, telephone, or postal mail to introduce job opportunities, confirm work status, or provide information about our services and systems.
The provision of personal information is voluntary; however, if you do not provide it, we may not be able to offer the above services.
Except for the purposes specified in Section 2, the Company shall not disclose or provide your personal information to third parties.
However, for information processing and other necessary operations, we may entrust the handling of personal information to our partner companies that have entered into confidentiality agreements with the Company.
In such cases, we select contractors with sufficient standards for personal information protection and supervise them appropriately.
As a general rule, our services shall be provided for two years from the date we notify you of the service commencement.
If you request an extension, the service period shall be renewed on a yearly basis.
If you do not request an extension or we lose contact with you (for example, due to an unknown address), we may discontinue the services at our discretion.
In addition, if six months have passed since your provisional registration on our website without completing the final registration, we shall discontinue the services and delete your data.
When we receive a request for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use, erasure, suspension of provision to third parties, or disclosure of third-party provision records, the Company shall take necessary actions after verifying your identity.

Please note that for personal information retained by the company to which you applied, you must contact that company directly.
